Account Coordinator

We are a direct marketing and print production company serving clients nationwide. We help organizations execute targeted marketing campaigns through data management, print production, and project coordination.

As part of our team, your responsibilities and duties will include:

Learn the basics of direct mail, print/mail production, database processing, return processing, reporting, and assist Account Managers on servicing various client accounts

Interact with vendors, clients, graphic artists, and senior management

Support project timelines and ensure quality control across campaigns

Interact with vendors, clients, graphic artists, and senior management

This entry-level position offers the right person the opportunity to advance into an Account Manager position with increased responsibility, client interaction, and compensation.

Qualifications:

Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred

Intermediate proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in direct mail, print/mail graphics, a plus but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
