About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily club operations to ensure efficiency and member satisfaction Implement strategies to improve member retention and club performance
Drive operations revenue by leading and developing your team to consistently achieve and exceed club goals.
Manage administrative tasks: Facility maintenance, vendor relations, property management, supply budgets, scheduling, and more
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Resolve member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
Recruit/hire, train, and develop team members for growth
Collaborate with other club managers in the sales and training departments to discuss any pending items and plan for current day
Other tasks and duties as may be assigned or required day-to-day
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of Management level experience preferred..
Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, or a customer-facing operations role.
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
Experience with cash handling and administrative procedures
Proven track record in staff supervision and training
Regular, reliable attendance
Able to work full-time Monday-Thursday 9a-6p and Friday 8a-5p Some calls expected off-hours.
