SCI Roofing & Construction is searching for a Roofing Operations Manager to become a key member of our leadership team.
This is not a traditional office position.
We are looking for someone who wants to help build one of the most respected roofing and insurance restoration companies in the industry while creating opportunities for themselves and the people around them.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will work directly with ownership and leadership to help oversee and improve many areas of the business, including:
Insurance claim management
Supplementing and estimate review
CRM management and accountability
Production scheduling and coordination
Sales team support
Customer service management
KPI tracking and reporting
Collections and account follow-up
Process development and improvement
Google Docs and Google Sheets creation
Recruiting and hiring support
Training material and playbook development
Insurance rebuttals and photo report preparation
Special projects and growth initiatives
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Preferred experience includes:
Roofing industry experience
Insurance restoration experience
Supplementing claims
Production coordination
CRM management
Xactimate knowledge
Customer service leadership
Operations management
However, we are willing to train an exceptional candidate who learns quickly, has strong leadership abilities, and has a proven track record of solving problems and managing people.

SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays for special projects, planning, training development, collections, and company initiatives.
