About the role
Overview We are looking for a high-performance Field Operations Manager to lead and support our team of 7 appliance repair technicians across Central Florida. This is a key leadership role within Appliances USA Pro, focused on driving excellence, efficiency, and growth in our field operations. The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, guide, and develop field technicians.
Experience in the appliance repair industry (required)
Ability to read, analyze, and improve KPIs and performance metrics
Capability to create goals and lead the team to consistently achieve them
Knowledge of upselling strategies, extended warranties, service agreements, and on-site sales
Posses strong operational skills: scheduling, routing, workflow optimization
Have knowledge of managing the oversight of fleet maintenance (trucks, equipment, tools)
Ability to conduct training sessions for technicians when needed
A proactive, hands-on leader who drives accountability and results
Duties
Your duties, as a Full Time Field Operations Manager, will include:
Lead the daily operations of our field team
Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
Monitor performance, KPIs, and technician productivity
Improve revenue through sales strategies and technician coaching
Maintain company vehicles and ensure proper inventory usage
Provide ongoing coaching, support, and field training
Promote a strong, positive, and high-performance culture
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent is a must.
Must have a valid and clean driving record as you will be operating a company vehicle.
A minimum of 3 years experience in appliance diagnostics and repair.
A strong command of the English language, basic knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.
As our business is built on repeat business and referrals, a strong commitment to Customer Service is a must.
Compensation
Annual Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional Bonus Earning Potential:
Monthly Performance Bonuses: Based on Team Revenue Performance which achieves or exceeds monthly revenue targets
Upselling & Warranty Conversion Bonus: Tied to team performance on upsells, extended warranties, and service agreements.
Callback Reduction Bonus: Awarded when the team maintains a low callback rate.
Operational Efficiency Bonus: For high on-time arrival rates, proper fleet maintenance, and inventory compliance.
Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 5% of the manager’s annual salary, based on company growth and leadership impact.
