About the role
Position Summary
The Product Line Analyst & Project Coordinator serves as a key business partner to the Vice President of Casegoods and Product Line Managers for Century Casegoods. This position supports product development, product launches, product data management, pricing administration, and business analysis activities while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Product Data & Systems Management
Create and maintain SKUs for new products, custom options and finishes while ensuring naming conventions, numbering logic and product hierarchies stay consistent
Manage, audit and update product data in accordance with Product Development website and SAP, including specifications, dimensions, materials, sales status, pricing and availability
Partner with BIS and engineering to implement accurate product configuration logic for new and existing products
Administrative Oversight
Create and maintain omnibus price lists as well as supplementary price lists each Market season including additions, discontinuations and revisions
Implement and maintain walk-thru data for trade shows as well as market order spreadsheets accounting for all Casegoods and Outdoor items being shown
Receive, coordinate and maintain furniture market orders in SAP, ensuring accurate product setup, pricing, specifications, and configurable options
Develop product tear sheets and custom source pages, working closely with sales and marketing to ensure accuracy and easy interpretation
Support sales and customer service team by creating and maintaining study guides for newly introduced products
Travel to trade shows twice per year to assist in walk-thru updates, price tag creation and ensure all products are tagged correctly
Schedule and manage meetings, training sessions and communications across domestic and international partners
Coordinate closely with domestic engineering teams, procurement teams and manufacturing partners to manage samples, order status and shipping timelines
Product Lifecycle Coordination
Manage product lifecycle activities including product launches, line extensions, product updates and discontinuations
Monitor product changes through the lifecycle, including specification revisions, option additions or removals and pricing updates
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to item maintenance
Cross Departmental Communication
Serve as the primary liaison for product-related inquiries from internal teams, exercising judgement to resolve routine questions and escalating complex issues as needed
Act as the central point of coordination between Product Development, Engineering, BIS, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Sourcing and Customer Service teams
Escalate and communicate product-related issues, delays, missing components, or system discrepancies to the appropriate teams and drive resolution
Ensure alignment between product development activities, operations and marketing by maintaining open communication across departments

Required Education, Experience and Skills
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
Five or more years of relevant experience in project coordination, product management support, manufacturing operations, business analysis, product administration, or a related field preferred
Candidates with significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Previous experience in furniture or consumer product industries strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills
Experience working with SAP or comparable ERP systems highly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with domestic and international colleagues and vendors
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and exercise judgement in decision-making
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and working at a computer
Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.; infrequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
Occasional travel may be required for trade shows
