Responsibilities
Assist in creating initial design concepts and mood boards aligned with current market trends and brand identity
Use Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to develop detailed sketches, technical drawings, and presentation boards
Support the product lifecycle management process by organizing samples, tracking revisions, and maintaining design documentation
Collaborate with merchandising teams to develop compelling visual displays and styling ideas for retail environments
Participate in color theory discussions and help select color palettes for seasonal collections
Help prepare presentations for internal review meetings and external vendor collaborations
Assist with hands-on making, crafting, and production projects
Help pack and ship customer orders
Support inventory organization and studio maintenance
Assist with art and fashion-related projects
Learn day-to-day business operations, from production to fulfillment
Help prepare products for events, shoots, and client deliveries
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a fashion design, product development, or related program with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with CAD software for technical sketches
Basic understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and sewing machine operation
Knowledge of fashion retail trends, styling principles, and merchandising strategies
Strong illustration skills with an eye for color harmony and visual storytelling
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly and professionally
Interest or experience in fashion, art, design, or creative industries
