Duties

Design and develop visually appealing, user-centric websites using WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring seamless navigation and optimal usability.

Implement responsive web design principles to deliver consistent experiences across desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Create engaging graphics, motion graphics, logos, and visual elements using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.

Develop front-end components utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular, React, and other modern frameworks to enhance website functionality.

Optimize websites for search engines (SEO), web accessibility standards, and usability best practices to improve visibility and user satisfaction.

Maintain existing websites by performing updates, troubleshooting issues, implementing security patches, and ensuring smooth website performance through regular website maintenance.

Analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and other tools to inform design improvements and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with digital marketing teams on email marketing campaigns to integrate website content with broader marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital design, interaction design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics creation.

Strong proficiency in WordPress development along with knowledge of PHP, MySQL, SQL databases for customizations and integrations.

Skilled in front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (AJAX), Angular or React frameworks.

Expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe XD, Sketch, Balsamiq or Axure for wireframing and prototyping.

Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG), web analytics tools (Google Analytics), SEO best practices, and website performance optimization techniques.

Knowledge of content management systems like Drupal or SharePoint is a plus; experience with digital marketing tools is desirable.

Strong data analysis skills for interpreting user behavior metrics and making data-driven design decisions.

Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
