Job Description:
Resumen del Puesto
El/La Pasante de Administración de Planta apoyará las operaciones administrativas diarias de nuestra planta, contribuyendo a la eficiencia y el buen funcionamiento de los procesos internos.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
Asistir en la gestión y organización de archivos y documentos, tanto físicos como digitales.
Apoyar al personal administrativo en tareas como la entrada de datos, la preparación de informes y la correspondencia.
Colaborar en la coordinación de reuniones y eventos internos de la planta.
Ayudar en la gestión de inventario de suministros de oficina y realizar pedidos cuando sea necesario.
Brindar soporte en la comunicación interna, distribuyendo información relevante al personal.
Participar en la implementación de mejoras en los procedimientos administrativos.
Realizar otras tareas administrativas según lo asignado por la gerencia.
Calificaciones del Puesto**
Estudiante universitario/a activo/a de carreras afines a Administración de Empresas, Contaduría, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Capacidad para organizar y priorizar tareas de manera efectiva.
Atención al detalle y precisión en el trabajo.
Proactividad, compromiso y deseo de aprender.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
