The Microbiology and Molecular Supervisor provides operational, technical, and administrative oversight of the Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics sections within the laboratory. This role ensures high-quality, timely, and compliant testing services across bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology, antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST), and molecular diagnostics (PCR/NAAT). This individual is: 1) responsible for daily operations, staff supervision, workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, and implementation of automation and digital microbiology solutions 2) partners closely with laboratory leadership, medical directors, infection prevention, and clinical teams to support patient care,
