The Microbiology and Molecular Manager provides administrative, operational, and technical leadership for Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics services within the Core Laboratory, including oversight and optimization of existing microbiology automation platforms such as WASPLab and digital microbiology systems. This individual: 1) is responsible for overseeing daily operations including bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology, antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST), and molecular diagnostics (PCR/NAAT) 2) ensures efficient laboratory workflow, high-quality test performance, regulatory compliance, and optimal utilization of total laboratory automation (TLA) 3) responsible for maximizing the
