Sharmax is expanding its global presence and is seeking an Outlet Director in Spain.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: identify and build partnerships to the retail network.
Operations Management: set up and optimize business processes in the outlet in Spain.
Strategy & Finance: develop strategies to achieve financial targets and drive growth.
Team Leadership: recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
Cross-Department Coordination: collaborate with logistics, warehousing, marketing, finance, IT and HR.
Performance Control: ensure retail outlet meet company standards and achieve key KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management, business development, or a similar leadership role.
Strong strategic planning, financial management, and leadership skills.
High self-organization and a systematic approach to work.
Experience in international markets is a strong advantage.
Language: English, Spanish and Russian.
