VAGA: Técnico(a) Residente - Alto Tietê/SP

Horário de trabalho: de segunda-feira à sexta-feira, das 07:30 às 17:18.

Região de atuação: Alto Tietê e região de Mogi das Cruzes, Poá, Suzano, Arujá, Ferraz, Itaquaquecetuba e Mauá/SP.

Responsabilidades principais:

Realizar manutenção preventiva, corretiva e atendimento de emergências em equipamentos multimarcas;

Diagnosticar falhas técnicas (elétricas, eletrônicas e mecânicas), propondo soluções eficazes e seguras;

Atuar na redução de reincidências e melhoria da confiabilidade dos equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade;

Executar testes de funcionamento, ajustes e liberações operacionais;

Preencher corretamente relatórios técnicos, ordens de serviço e registros de intervenção;

Garantir o cumprimento de normas de segurança (NRs aplicáveis) e procedimentos internos;

Manter comunicação clara com clientes, reportando status dos atendimentos e orientações básicas de uso;

Apoiar na identificação de oportunidades de modernização, troca de componentes e melhorias técnicas;

Zelar pelos equipamentos, ferramentas e veículo disponibilizado para o trabalho;

Apoiar treinamentos técnicos e disseminação de boas práticas na equipe, quando necessário.

Quem procuramos?

Profissional com Ensino Médio completo e formação técnica em Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Elétrica e Eletrônica;

Conhecimentos em segurança e formação em NR10 e NR35;

Experiência com manutenção e atendimento em serviços de elevadores e escadas rolantes.

É necessário ter CNH categoria B válida e disponibilidade para atuação na região solicitada.
