What You Will Do:

IT Support (~70%)

Provide first-line technical support through our ticketing system, email, or in person.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and applications..

Manage user accounts and permissions across systems and tools.

Maintain IT asset inventory, including device setup and decommissioning.

Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing IT accounts and hardware.

Sales Administration (~30%)

Process ad-hoc administrative requests (e.g., deal splits, updates, supplier forms).

Monitor and triage incoming CRM or administrative requests, assigning them as needed.

Review and adjust closed deals to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Act as a key liaison between Sales, Onboarding and Finance to streamline system processes.

Who You Are:

1–3 years of experience in IT support

Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills — approachable, patient, and collaborative.

Comfortable working independently while being part of a cross-functional team.

Proficient in English for work purposes
