YOUR MISSION

At Glovo, we don’t just move food; we move millions of transactions every hour across 20+ countries. Our Finance teams define the "Rules of the Game" (The What). Your mission is to build the High-Performance Machine that executes those rules (The How).

As our O2C Process Excellence Lead, you are the architect of the Order-to-Cash journey. You will take complex financial policies and translate them into a "Touchless" reality. You sit at the heart of our Finance Transformation, bridging the gap between our Technical Platforms and the local operational reality.

THE JOURNEY

Translate Rules into Reality: Work as the primary "Functional Partner" to our Billing, Tax and Accounting SMEs. You take their requirements and turn them into Global Process Blueprints and technical specifications.

Architect the "Touchless" Flow: Design the end-to-end data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central (MSD).

Stakeholder Negotiation: Partner with Product and Commercial VPs to ensure new business lines are designed for automation before they launch.

Standardization Guard: Protect the Global Core. You will challenge local markets to drop manual "workarounds" and adopt the global automated standard.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Experience: You have 6+ years of experience in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence within a high-volume marketplace/tech environment.

Financial Domain Knowledge: You aren't a Finance Owner but you understand IFRS 15, VAT triggers, and Revenue Recognition deeply enough to build the processes that satisfy our SMEs.

Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, etc), workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.

Mentorship: You enjoy teaching others how to think about "The Big Picture" of process architecture.

English advanced/proficient level.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

Knowledge of e-money licenses, escrow accounts, or regulated payment flows.
