About the Team & Business Line:
Proprietary software solutions and innovation are at the core of what differentiates Citco in the alternative investment space. As a member of our End User Compute team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our staff maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
Participate and contribute on all team activities such as patching, daily checks and system rollouts.
Provide technical assistance and support related to end-user technology within the organization.
Work closely with regional colleagues as part of a collaborative support group.
Hardware support – Setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Software support – Installing, updating, and resolving issues with applications and operating systems
User assistance – Responding to helpdesk tickets and resolving end-user technical issues
Asset management – Tracking and maintaining IT equipment inventory
Network basics – Supporting connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, printers)
About You:
Completed the 3rd or 4th year and pursuing a Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with some of the following technologies: Windows, Azure, VDI, Printer Support, Vmware systems, macOS, experience with an entrprise ticketing system.
You have strong communication skills
You have a customer oriented mindset
