Product Manager

As Product Manager – Freight, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, customer insight, and commercial delivery.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of a newly established Product & Strategy function, where you’ll have real influence in shaping how we segment customers, design solutions, and position our freight offering in the market.

What you’ll be doing

Own end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through to launch and performance tracking

Build product roadmaps, requirements, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes

Lead customer discovery and translate insights into high-impact solutions

Improve customer segmentation, targeting, and service design

Drive cross-functional delivery across Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and IT

Influence stakeholders and navigate complex delivery environments

Develop business cases and assess revenue, margin, and cost-to-serve impact

Track performance, optimise outcomes, and identify new commercial opportunities

What you bring

You’re a commercially-minded Product Manager who thrives on solving meaningful problems:

5–8 years’ experience in Product Management or a related commercial role

Proven ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives with real business impact

Strong customer discovery and problem-solving capability

Ability to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes (revenue, margin, costs)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence

Logistics or freight experience is a bonus — but not essential.
