Here’s how:

Base salary + uncapped performance-based bonuses.

Year 1 - We offer a base salary of $45,000 annually and uncapped monthly sales incentives for an OTE of $60-75 annually.

Annual OTE consistently increases as book of business grows and targets are achieved.

Contacting customers who are interacting with Ritchie Bros. with the goal of obtaining a completed credit application that will lead to a financing transaction

Making outbound calls to customers who have purchased equipment at a recent Ritchie Bros. auction

Satisfying the needs of all financing inquiries from customers who interacting with Ritchie Bros. auction

Marketing to and educating the customer on the Ritchie Bros. Financial Services product offering

Establishing equipment financing pre-approvals for customers’ future purchases

Providing rate quotation information to customer

Closing customer on terms and conditions of approval

Execute on the Follow the Customer strategy, where applicable

Execute on the re-seller strategy to engage end user customers

Driven to seek new business and have a natural ability at building authentic customer relationships.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task

Ability to collaborate and interact effectively within a team

Sales experience is an asset; we also value transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn.

Demonstrated ability or potential to meet or exceed goals.

Additional languages are an asset, especially French or Spanish

Strong presentation, strategic thinking, negotiation and closing skills.
