About the role
Per rafforzare il nostro team in questa stagione estiva, cerchiamo Impiegato/a Risorse Umane da inserire nell'ufficio HR. Lavorerai con noi nella gestione delle selezioni, nell'organizzazione dei colloqui e nel supporto amministrativo al personale stagionale e fisso.
Ti occuperai di:
Screening curricula e contatto candidati per posizioni stagionali
Organizzazione colloqui conoscitivi e gestione agenda appuntamenti
Predisposizione contratti, presenze e documentazione del personale
Aggiornamento database HR e archiviazione fascicoli dipendenti
Coordinamento comunicazioni interne tra uffici e sedi operative
Requisiti:
Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative
Dimestichezza con Word, Excel e strumenti informatici
Precisione nella gestione dati e scadenze
Aperto/a anche a profili junior senza esperienza
Offerta e benefit:
Contratto a tempo determinato 3 mesi, prorogabile
Orario full-time 40 ore settimanali
Buoni pasto giornalieri
Formazione retribuita on the job
