About the role
Per rafforzare il nostro team HR, cerchiamo Addetto/a selezione personale con buona autonomia operativa. Opererai in un contesto di servizi e consulenza, occupandoti dell’intero ciclo di recruiting.
Ti occuperai di:
redazione e pubblicazione degli annunci sui portali dedicati
screening dei curriculum e gestione di circa 15-20 colloqui alla settimana
utilizzo di gestionale HR per tracciamento candidature e reportistica
raccolta fabbisogni con i referenti interni e supporto nelle proposte di assunzione
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore
conoscenza base di strumenti digitali e fogli di calcolo
gradita certificazione o attestato in ambito HR/recruiting
buone capacità relazionali, precisione e riservatezza
Offerta e benefit:
contratto a tempo determinato iniziale, tempo pieno full-time 40 ore settimanali
Formazione continua su strumenti e tecniche di selezione
Welfare aziendale e Buoni pasto
Orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì.
