Azienda operante nell’erogazione di servizi per aziende e privati ricerca una risorsa da inserire nel Reparto Gestione del Personale (HR).
La figura selezionata supporterà le attività operative e amministrative legate alla gestione delle risorse umane, contribuendo al corretto funzionamento dei processi HR aziendali.
Mansioni:
Gestione e monitoraggio delle presenze del personale (ore lavorate, straordinari, permessi, ferie e malattie)
Supporto nella gestione dei processi di selezione e onboarding del personale
Aggiornamento e monitoraggio dei piani formativi aziendali
Supporto alle comunicazioni interne tra dipendenti e direzione
Collaborazione alle attività amministrative del personale con l’ufficio HR
Redazione di report periodici sull’andamento del personale.
Requisiti:
Diploma di maturità
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Capacità organizzative, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
Offerta:
Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi
Orario full time
Buoni pasto
Formazione continua e affiancamento costante.
