Per potenziamento dell'area HR servizi e consulenza in provincia, cerchiamo un/una Addetto/a selezione personale con autonomia operativa per attività di recruiting e gestione candidature. La risorsa seguirà il processo di selezione dall'annuncio al colloquio, collaborando con i referenti di linea.
Mansioni:
pubblicazione annunci e screening curricula su portali dedicati
contatto e calendarizzazione colloqui con i candidati
conduzione colloqui telefonici e in presenza per prima valutazione
predisposizione documentazione di pre-assunzione e reportistica candidati
aggiornamento banche dati candidati e tracciamento pipeline su gestionale HR

Requisiti:
ottime capacità comunicative e di gestione colloquio
autonomia organizzativa e precisione nella gestione delle informazioni
