Per ampliamento del team Risorse Umane si inserisce un/una Addetto/a selezione personale a supporto delle attività di reclutamento per servizi e consulenza alle imprese. La figura seguirà l’intero flusso operativo, con affiancamento costante.
Principali mansioni:
redazione e pubblicazione degli annunci sulle piattaforme dedicate
screening dei curriculum e primo contatto telefonico con i candidati
organizzazione dei colloqui con i referenti interni e gestione delle agende
aggiornamento dei database candidati tramite fogli di calcolo e gestionale HR
supporto alle attività di onboarding e raccolta documentazione di assunzione

Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado
anche senza esperienza pregressa nella selezione del personale
buon uso del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
interesse per le Risorse Umane e capacità organizzative
buone doti comunicative e riservatezza nella gestione dei dati.
