About the role
Ricerchiamo Addetto/a archivio da inserire nel back office di una struttura operativa nel settore logistica e trasporti a Catania. La figura gestirà la documentazione aziendale garantendo ordine, tracciabilità e corretta conservazione di bolle, DDT, fatture di trasporto e fascicoli di magazzino.
Mansioni principali:
Archiviazione e catalogazione di documenti cartacei e digitali (DDT, bolle, fatture)
Classificazione e ordinamento di pratiche relative a spedizioni, carichi e resi
Inserimento dati e aggiornamento dei sistemi informatici aziendali
Supporto all'ufficio operativo e contabilità nella ricerca e reperimento documenti
Verifica della completezza dei fascicoli e controllo della conservazione
Collaborazione con i reparti per il corretto flusso documentale
Requisiti:
Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
Buona conoscenza strumenti informatici e pacchetto Office
Precisione, ordine e attenzione ai dettagli
Capacità organizzative e rispetto delle procedure
Disponibilità a candidati con prima esperienza nel ruolo
Offerta e benefit:
Contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi rinnovabile
Orario full-time 40 ore settimanali
Formazione retribuita e affiancamento operativo
