Registered Nurse Manager/ Liaison

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care including medication administration, IV infusions, wound care, and aseptic technique adherence to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Conduct detailed patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations to inform individualized care plans.

Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterization, dialysis support, ventilator management, and tube feeding with precision and professionalism.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and coordination of services across settings like assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, and home care.

Document all patient interactions accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Provide specialized care for individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care needs including dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, and behavioral health considerations.

Support emergency situations through assessment, acute pain management, airway management, and critical care interventions when necessary.
