This is not a traditional customer service role. This is a customer success, relationship management, and business growth role.

What You’ll Do
Customer Success & Relationship Building
Welcome and onboard new customers
Open new professional and wholesale accounts
Help customers navigate our website and ordering systems
Coordinate trainings, certifications, and educational programs
Conduct customer follow-up calls and check-ins
Build strong relationships with customers nationwide
Help customers achieve success with Infinity Sun products and services
Business Growth & Lead Follow-Up
Follow up with leads from trade shows, events, social media, website inquiries, and referrals
Respond promptly to prospective customer inquiries
Nurture relationships and guide prospects through the customer journey
Reactivate inactive customer accounts
Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and increase engagement
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules
Community & Social Media Engagement
Respond to social media messages and inquiries
Engage with beauty professionals across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Participate in industry Facebook groups and online communities
Build meaningful relationships within the beauty industry
Help strengthen Infinity Sun’s online presence and customer community
Assist with gathering customer testimonials and success stories
Events & Industry Outreach
Follow up with trade show attendees and event leads
Assist with pageants, educational events, sponsorships, and special programs
Coordinate customer communications related to events and trainings
Help ensure every lead and customer feels supported and valued
What We’re Looking For

Strong relationship-building abilities
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
Comfortable on the phone and in customer conversations
Active and confident using social media platforms
Self-motivated and proactive
Detail-oriented and dependable
Beauty industry experience is highly preferred
