Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for our clients. This individual will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, proactively communicating with clients, helping resolve issues, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
This is not a traditional customer service position. We are looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
Provide proactive updates and ongoing communication
Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations
Assist with onboarding new clients
Follow up on documentation and account setup requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed
Manage client records and maintain accurate data
Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups
Build long-term relationships with clients and improve client retention
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
Help ensure clients receive timely updates and support
Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently
Professional and positive attitude
Experience in customer success, account management, client services, operations, or related roles preferred
Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Pay: $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year
