Nationally ranked State Farm insurance and financial services agency is seeking a customer-oriented Account Representative to join our successful team. This role manages our existing customers, services their policies, and conducts value-based conversations to cross-sell additional insurance and financial products. Main responsibility: Manage incoming calls existing customers and grow revenue through cross-selling

Produce and update policies for existing clients based on their needs

Advise customers of coverage options and educate them using a customer-focused, needs-based review process

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, interactive communication

Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and following up to ensure resolution

Handle policy changes and updates

Process customer accounts, file documents, and keep accurate records of customer interactions

Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products/services, and help customers achieve their goals

Work with the agent/team to support marketing goals and customer retention efforts

Process underwriting memos and complete applications/data entry

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and agency/policy requirements

Schedule appointments and conduct coverage reviews/value conversations as needed

Requirements

Reliable and ethical

Ability to pass state and federal background check

High school or equivalent (required)

Proven customer support experience or client service representative experience preferred (no existing licensing required)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary + Commission/Bonus

Base pay: $40,000–$52,000

Earning potential: $50,000–$90,000+ with commission/bonus opportunities

Full-time, in person

Monday to Friday (day shift)

8-hour shift (8:30am–5:00pm)
