Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven, and results-oriented Aesthetic Med Spa Coordinator who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and patient experience. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, attracting new patients, and creating an exceptional experience from the first interaction through treatment completion.
The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, confident in sales conversations, and skilled at building relationships both in-person and through community engagement. They are proactive, organized, and constantly looking for opportunities to grow the practice and strengthen the brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Sales
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all patients.
Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans that align with their goals.
Follow up with leads, inquiries, consultations, and inactive patients to maximize conversion and retention.
Maintain detailed patient records and document all sales and communication activities.
Brand Awareness & Marketing
Actively promote the med spa within the local community through networking events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
Identify opportunities to increase visibility and attract new patients.
Assist with social media content creation, patient testimonials, event promotion, and online engagement.
Coordinate and support in-house events, open houses, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
Encourage patient reviews, referrals, and social media engagement to strengthen the practice's online presence.
Represent the brand professionally at all times and serve as a brand ambassador.
Business Development
Develop strategies to increase patient acquisition, retention, and overall revenue.
Monitor and track lead conversion metrics and sales performance.
Collaborate with management to identify new growth opportunities and marketing initiatives.
Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, fitness centers, and community organizations to referral networks.
Assist in executing seasonal promotions, membership campaigns, and special events.
Front Desk & Operations
Manage appointment scheduling and provider calendars.
Handle incoming calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Ensure compliance with company policies and patient confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in aesthetics, med spa, cosmetic, wellness, luxury retail, hospitality, or sales environments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM systems, patient management software, and social media platforms preferred.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury aesthetic brand.

Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Commission Opportunities
