We are fully licensed by the Nevada Transportation Authority and maintain rigorous vehicle safety and maintenance protocols.
As we grow our presence in New Mexico, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Lead to help drive success in our Santa Fe operations. This is a pivotal opportunity to play a key role in shaping GMTCare’s regional footprint by leading teams, optimizing performance, and reinforcing our commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality service.
About the Role:
The Operations Lead is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of GMTCare Santa Fe, New Mexico. This role ensures that services are delivered efficiently, employees are supported, and organizational goals are met. The Operations Lead will collaborate with team members to optimize processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a culture of excellence and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service.
Develop, implement, and maintain operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
Identify and execute opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve both individual goals and organizational objectives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, and support employee growth and development.
Assess staffing needs and collaborate with Human Resources in the recruitment and hiring process.
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that promotes team engagement, motivation, and collaboration.
Uphold and enforce all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Monitor services and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
Respond promptly to client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Analyze operational data and produce reports to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
3+ years of supervisory experience in operations, healthcare, transportation, or related field.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide clear operational insights to senior leadership.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with healthcare, fleet management, logistics technology, and regulatory compliance preferred.
Work Location: In-person and on-site.
Reporting: Reports directly to the New Mexico Executive Director.
Salary:
Range: $50,000-$65,000 annual salary
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's education, experience, and skills.

Compensation
