Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Business Analysis Manager to lead a team of business analysts supporting enterprise data, analytics, and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for driving business analysis best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical and analytical expertise with proven leadership capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. This individual will play a key role in establishing standards, improving processes, managing priorities, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Business Analysts, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define strategic priorities and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Oversee the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage project timelines, team workload, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.
Drive consistency and quality in business analysis practices, including requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, validation, and reporting standards.
Support the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions using enterprise data platforms and reporting tools.
Identify project risks, issues, and blockers, and proactively develop mitigation strategies while communicating status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment, decision-making, and successful outcomes.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, workflows, and best practices that improve operational efficiency and project execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, product, operations, and business teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical analysis, data analytics, or related roles.
2+ years of leadership, team lead, mentoring, or people management experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Proven experience defining, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements for enterprise initiatives.
Hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake.
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI and Sigma.
Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, quality assurance, and validation methodologies.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
Adaptable, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

4-year college degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Systems or Data Analytics
