Project Leadership Manager

Salary Range: $138,258.29 - $195,187.61 per year

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role:

Cultivate robust partnerships with primary operational leads and executive sponsors

Displays a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impacts on the company’s success

Advises, guides and leads high functioning team members during the program lifecycle

Manage resources assigned to complex, multifaceted projects while directing enduring technological strategies in accordance with organizational initiatives.

Delivers reporting for leadership while overseeing the IT evaluation and ranking workflows

Lead technology roadmap development in collaboration with the Portfolio leadership team and works across Ascension Technologies disciplines to enable solutions

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's

degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need:

8+ years of Information Technology leadership experience

5+ years managing large information technology programs

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience managing budgets

PMP / Six Sigma certification
