THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Wishlist team in São Paulo.

In this high-impact role, you will act as a strategic Key Account Manager, fully owning the relationship with a selective portfolio of approximately 10 Tier 1 partners in Brazil (our most critical, complex, and high-value accounts). Your mission is to shift partner management from an operational, reactive approach to a proactive, insight-driven function. You will lead strategic initiatives, dive deep into performance data to drive business growth, and introduce structured, scalable processes to elevate how we manage our top partnerships.

YOUR IMPACT

Act as a trusted advisor to our partners, deeply understanding their business to influence decisions and foster long-term, high-impact partnerships.

Lead structured weekly partner interactions supported by performance reports. Translate complex data into actionable, trend-based insights and concrete growth recommendations.

Establish clear, scalable, and repeatable processes to bring structure and efficiency to the Wishlist team's operations without losing flexibility.

Proactively identify opportunities to increase business volume, build joint business plans, and collaborate with

Commercial Finance, Value Management, and Marketing to optimize commercial terms and marketplace profitability.

Partner internally with diverse product, engineering, and operations teams to optimize user experience and drive integration efforts with key partners.

WHO YOU ARE

Proven experience in Commercial, Success or Key Account Management, specifically handling high-value enterprise accounts and complex stakeholder structures.

Comfort working with data (advanced Excel/Google Sheets) to back up recommendations, track KPIs, and build credibility with partners.

Demonstrated ability to build, formalize, and optimize internal processes, bringing organization to fast-paced environments.

Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the confidence to handle demanding partners and navigate tough conversations.

Advanced level of English in a professional environment.

Self-starter mindset; a profile that moves away from pure execution and focuses on driving business outcomes and visibility of results.
