About the role
Overview:
Lead Waters brand graphic design aligned with brand strategy for impact and consistency across diverse channels. Brings brand creative vision to life across digital and print channels including presentations, social media templates, web graphics, infographics, event materials, internal communications, and more. Influence and evolve Waters visual language across touchpoints.
This position will follow a hybrid model work approach (3 days a week , Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday working from Waters GCC office, RMZ ecoworld, Bellandur, Bangalore).
Responsibilities:
Set creative vision and design high‑quality visual assets representing the strategic positioning of Waters brand across channels, including internal and external campaigns/messaging.
Create innovative designs and concepts for campaigns or initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and use data analysis to understand what is working and what is not.
Translate creative briefs and business objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts and executions.
Present and defend design decisions that will best meet business objectives.
Apply and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Organize, archive, and maintain design assets within shared systems and DAM tools.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate and refresh creative output.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Arts/Communications
7-10 years of experience in graphic design/branding, or strategic design roles
Design Software Proficient: Highly Skilled in using industry-standard tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Experience leading multi-channel brand projects or teams
Strong creative aesthetic and development experience across integrated channels (ie, PowerPoint, digital, web, events, etc.)
Strong typography, layout, and color theory
Showcase a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and polished execution
Skilled in project management and can multi-task and prioritize
Ability to set creative strategy and execute on the vision.
Collaborative team skills who inspire and motivates others
