Senior UX Designer | Bangalore

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can lead user experience design across digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong user-centered design thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end UX design across web and mobile applications, from research to final delivery

Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs

Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations

Drive UX strategy and advocate for user-centered design across teams

Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders

Define and maintain design systems, UX standards, and best practices

Mentor junior UX designers and provide design guidance and reviews

Present design concepts, rationale, and trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders

Incorporate accessibility, usability, and performance considerations into designs

Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in UX / Product / Interaction Design

Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX design work and impact

Expertise in UX processes: user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and usability heuristics

Experience designing complex, data‑heavy or enterprise applications is a plus

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Nice to Have

Experience with design systems and component libraries

Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG)

Experience working with global or cross‑functional teams

Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Prior experience in fintech platforms.
