About the role
What You’ll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of critical defence systems — from business development and tendering through to installation, maintenance, and end-of-life disposal
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; track expenditure and report on cost variances
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues proactively before they impact delivery
Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Executives, maintaining high standards of system serviceability
Coordinate with local and overseas clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
Manage vendor contracts, monitor SLA compliance, and handle scope variations
Provide regular project status updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients
Enforce HSE standards and safe work practices across all project activities
Support operational administration including security compliance and financial matters
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information & Digital Technologies — candidates with equivalent hands-on experience are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; familiarity with data analytics or AI productivity tools is a plus
Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments
Proactive, dependable, and a strong team player
Ideal to also possess a Class 3 driver’s licence with at least 2 years of driving experience
