Position Summary
CORE Sports is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Tournament Ambassadors to help promote our tournaments, engage with local soccer communities, and increase player and team participation. This stipend-based position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sports, enjoy networking, and want to help grow soccer opportunities within their community.
Responsibilities
Promote CORE Sports tournaments through social media, community outreach, and personal networks.
Distribute tournament flyers and promotional materials to local teams, leagues, schools, businesses, and community organizations.
Engage with players, coaches, and team managers to answer questions and encourage participation.
Share CORE Sports content on social media platforms and assist with online engagement.
Attend community events, games, and tournaments as a representative of CORE Sports when available.
Help recruit new teams, players, sponsors, and volunteers.
Provide feedback on community interests, player needs, and promotional opportunities.
Maintain a professional and positive image while representing the CORE Sports brand.
Qualifications
Passion for sports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Active involvement in local sports, school, or community networks preferred.
Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Must represent CORE Sports in a professional and respectful manner.
Compensation
Stipend-based position.
Opportunities for performance-based bonuses tied to team registrations, sponsorships, or event participation.
Free or discounted entry to select CORE Sports events and tournaments.
Valuable experience in sports marketing, event promotion, and community engagement.
Time Commitment
Flexible schedule.
Approximately 5–10 hours per week depending on tournament schedules and promotional activities.
