La Risorsa prescelta, con riporto gerarchico al CE/PM del programma VSHORAD, avrà il compito di coordinare le attività che MBDA IT e i propri fornitori dovranno svolgere per definire, pianificare ed eseguire l’industrializzazione e la successiva produzione della Munizione Fulgur (comprensiva dei suoi sotto-assiemi) e del suo Lanciatore MANPADS (comprensivo dei suoi sotto-assiemi).
A tale fine si identificano sommariamente i seguenti compiti principali:
Garantire il rispetto dei vincoli di tempo, costo e qualità del progetto
Gestione del team di progetto e coordinamento di tutti i reparti interni coinvolti nel progetto
Coordinamento dei Fornitori Esterni (gestiti da MEP / ISP) coinvolti nel progetto
Delegator dei WP delle attività del progetto
Gestione rischi e opportunità
Supporto al CE/PM per gli aspetti contrattuali (e.g. delivery, riunioni, negoziazioni, …) verso il Cliente
