About the role
Selezioniamo un/una addetto/a gestione clienti per la sede operativa di Napoli, ruolo operativo in ambito logistica e trasporti con responsabilità di portafoglio clienti.
Avrai la responsabilità di gestire relazioni commerciali e operative con corrieri e clienti, coordinare ritiro/consegne e verificare DDT e documentazione di trasporto; gestirai pratiche di reclamo e resi, monitorerai KPI di servizio e interfaccerai i reparti operativi per risolvere scostamenti.
Requisiti:
esperienza fino a 2 anni: non richiesta oppure esperienza 1-2 anni nel ruolo
ottime capacità relazionali e gestione reclami
dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e gestione DDT
disponibilità alla gestione attività esterne e contatti con autisti
