Cosa farai:
gestire un portafoglio clienti industriali, seguendo il ciclo dell'ordine dalla ricezione alla consegna
coordinarti con i reparti produzione e logistica per rispettare tempi e specifiche tecniche
gestire reclami, preventivi e comunicazioni B2B in autonomia
lavorare con gestionali aziendali (gradita la conoscenza di Zucchetti o equivalenti)
leggere e interpretare documentazione tecnica di prodotto
Cosa cerchiamo:
diploma tecnico o qualifica professionale equivalente
breve esperienza pregressa in gestione clienti o back office commerciale
buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e gestionali
capacità organizzativa e attenzione al dettaglio
disponibilità a lavorare su orario full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì
Cosa offriamo:
contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi, finalizzato a tempo indeterminato
inquadramento CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, livello da definire in sede di colloquio
