The Role
Are you ready to help shape partner marketing in a fast-growing, international company? As Partner Marketing Expert, you’ll take ownership of strategic partner marketing programs that drive partner engagement, joint demand generation, and revenue growth.
This is an experienced individual contributor role, not a people management role. You’ll bring expertise, mentor and support colleagues where needed, and stay hands-on in planning, execution, reporting, and optimisation.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Partner, Product, and Marketing teams to develop and manage partner marketing programs across Lucanet’s partner network. You’ll be responsible for driving joint marketing initiatives, enabling partners, improving partner engagement, and increasing brand visibility through partner channels.
What you'll do
Stakeholder Management: Manage planning and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on program progress, priorities, and results. Strong alignment with Sales is essential.
Partner Marketing Programs: Develop partner marketing programs that align with business objectives, strengthen partner collaboration, and support pipeline and revenue growth.
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimise partner campaigns, events, webinars, workshops, and programs to drive demand generation and increase brand visibility through partner channels.
Joint Marketing & Co-Selling: Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns, demand generation activities, and co-selling initiatives.
Partner Enablement: Provide partners with the resources, training, messaging, and marketing collateral they need to promote and sell Lucanet effectively.
Partner Portal Ownership: Own marketing content and enablement assets for the partner portal, including partner resources, campaign materials, and deal registration support.
AI-Enabled Marketing: Use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, or similar to speed up content creation, localise messaging, personalise partner communications, and streamline reporting.
Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on KPIs including partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, partner activation rate, MDF utilisation, and time-to-first-deal.
Budget Management: Manage partner marketing budgets and MDF allocations, ensuring efficient use of resources, clear spend guidelines, compliant claims, and ROI reporting.
Reporting & Insights: Analyse campaign and program performance using marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and reporting tools to identify improvements and optimise future activity.
Mentoring & Collaboration: Share expertise, support colleagues, and contribute to best practices across the Field and Partner Marketing team.
What you bring to the table
5–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with proven experience in partner, channel, or field marketing.
Demonstrated success building and executing partner marketing programs that support pipeline and revenue growth.
Experience mentoring, guiding, or supporting colleagues, without needing a formal people management role.
Proven experience working closely with Sales teams on shared goals, planning, campaign execution, and reporting.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, co-marketing, partner enablement, MDF management, ABM, and demand generation.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Experience with ABM tools and strategies, ideally including platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
Confidence using AI tools for campaign creation, personalisation, localisation, and reporting, such as HubSpot AI, Gong, Lightdash, or similar.
Experience managing budgets and delivering multi-channel marketing programs in a cross-functional environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Excellent communication skills in English.
