Deine Aufgaben
Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Tracking von vertriebsrelevanten KPIs sowie der globalen Sales Performance und des Sales Forecast
Unterstützung bei der strategischen Planung und Zieldefinition (jährlich & mittelfristig)
Globaler Informations- und Wissensaustausch in der gesamten Vertriebsorganisation
Schnittstelle zu internationalen Niederlassungen und Distributoren (inkl. CRM-Nutzung und PowerBI)
Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung zentraler Vertriebsprozesse (insbesondere vertriebliche Informations- und Steuerungsprozesse)
fachliche Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des CRM-Systems
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen wie dem Business Development und Produktmanagement
Unterstützung bei internen Veranstaltungen (bspw. globales Sales Strategie-Meeting)
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
Affinität im Umgang mit Zahlen, Analysefähigkeit sowie eine hohe Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung
Eigenverantwortliche und flexible Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung sowie Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Automotive oder global aufgestellten Vertriebsorganisationen sind von Vorteil
Offenheit für gelegentliche Reisen im In- und Ausland
