About the role

Essential Functions

Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.

Screen applications and select qualified candidates.

Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews with candidates.

Collaborate with Talent Placement Team and Onboarding Team to identify hiring criteria and proactively and timely hire to fill in current and future positions.

Post job descriptions on job boards and other relevant platforms.

Identify and recommend pay rates based on pay scale and experience, start dates, availability, and other pertinent details.

Send offer letters and inform management of new hires. Prepare weekly recruiting reports.

Maintain communication with employees to ensure new employees are supported and properly welcomed to the team.

Updating all forms of communication regarding a new hire through the ATS and other tracking sources.

Develop and maintain relationships with new employees to identify opportunities, answer questions, ensure a smooth new hire transition, and help our distributed workforce remain connected.

Attend job fairs and other events to promote Behavioral Framework to new graduates and others seeking a career in the field.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to staffing, hiring and recruitment.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Maintain confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

Knowledge of the behavioral health industry and terms is a plus.

Education and Experience:

1 year experience as a Recruiter or any HR position preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work 40 hours per week.

Ability to work cooperatively with others.

Must comply with practice policies and procedures.

Requires daily in-office work. Does not meet the requirements of regular telecommuting.

Physical activities include sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling.

Must be able to reach, pull, and push.

Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
