Finance – Using data and analytics to fuel smart business decisions
Our interns work across Shared Services, gaining exposure to the teams that power Integrity’s growth, innovation, and culture. You will find yourself learning and contributing to our Operations team.
This team offers hands-on projects, mentorship, and real-world learning—we’re excited for you to make an impact at Integrity.
Program Dates:
This is a full‑time, onsite summer internship running from Monday, June 8, 2026, through Friday, July 31, 2026 (8 weeks).
What You’ll Do:
Support financial and procurement analytics, including data gathering, validation, and analysis related to spend, budgeting, vendor performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
Assist with reporting and dashboard development, using Excel and other analytics tools to help track key financial, procurement, and operational metrics for leadership review.
Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Business teams to support data‑driven decision‑making and strategic initiatives.
Conduct research and market analysis related to vendor pricing, contract trends, cost drivers, and sourcing opportunities, summarizing findings into clear insights.
Support procurement processes and documentation, including vendor onboarding, contract tracking, and compliance reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
Help identify process improvement opportunities, leveraging data and analytics to enhance efficiency, controls, and reporting within finance and procurement workflows.
Contribute to enterprise‑level projects, gaining exposure to how financial data and procurement strategy support organizational growth, scalability, and risk management.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program
Rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
Available to work 40 hours per week, onsite five days a week
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Solid time‑management and organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn, ask questions, and apply feedback
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accurate work
Professional, dependable, and accountable with strong follow‑through
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace
Program Structure:
Learn from senior leaders through weekly Lunch & Learns and executive exposure
Build your network through mentorship, team events, and cross‑department collaboration
Give back through a hands‑on community service experience
Show off your creativity and personality during intern showcases and presentations
Have fun along the way with team bonding, offsite events, wellness activities, and social experiences
