What You'll Do

Source, recruit, and interview top talent across a variety of industries and skill sets.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting solutions.

Manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.

Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to identify talent.

Present qualified candidates and guide them through the hiring process.

Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.

Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking ForTop Candidates Will Have:

Previous agency recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
