What You'll Do
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and other entities.
Assist clients with tax planning and compliance strategies.
Research tax issues and develop practical recommendations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Mentor and support junior staff members in their professional development.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Identify issues proactively and recommend solutions to clients and team members.
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on taxation.
Strong knowledge of tax preparation procedures, documentation standards, and review processes.
Experience with federal and state tax compliance and tax planning strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and manage deadlines effectively.
Commitment to outstanding client service and teamwork.
Preferred
Experience with Trust and Estate taxation.
Prior experience mentoring or training staff.
