Accountant

Without the strength of our accounting team, we would not be able to offer the industry-leading service we’re known for. We’re seeking an experienced Accountant Professional. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as a Accountant.

As a strong communicator and skilled hands-on Accountant, you will perform general accounting and other related duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing invoice processing, payment disbursement, and collection activities

Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Preparing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports

Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to management

Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing variances

Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations

Assisting with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis

Effectively communicating financial information to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in accounting or related accounting roles.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements related to accounting processes

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

This is a largely sedentary role. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

This position operates in a professional office environment.

This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
