ABOUT ANOMALY
Anomaly Marketing Co. is a marketing agency built for home service businesses like roofers, landscapers, and pool builders. We run their SEO, Google and Local Services Ads, paid social, websites, and other services. We've put real specialist teams and systems behind every one of those services, so the work gets done right and you're never the one scrambling to deliver it. We care about one thing above all else: our clients' phones ringing.
THE ROLE
Retention is the most important thing we do. Keeping clients winning is what compounds this business, and this role owns it.
You'll take over an established book of 15 to 25 clients as their main point of contact. You keep them in the loop, keep them getting results, and keep them with us. You take what they want, turn it into a plan, hand it to the specialist team that does the work, and look for every chance to help them grow. As our advertising and lead generation ramps up, you'll also become the person who closes new business.
You won't be handed 50 accounts and left alone. You start with a real book, you're backed by teams who deliver, and you grow it from there.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Being the relationship. You're who clients reach over text, email, and video, and you're easy to get and quick to answer.
Running the strategy calls. You walk clients through their results in plain language and lay out what's next.
Keeping clients around. Retention is the job, and it comes from results, communication, and trust.
Growing accounts. You find and close upsells across SEO, ads, websites, and our other services.
Getting things done. You pass client requests to the right specialist team and make sure the work lands and lands well.
Closing new business. You turn inbound leads into signed clients as our lead generation picks up.
HOW YOU GET PAID
We tie your pay to the thing that matters most: keeping clients and growing them. Here's how it works:
7.5% of your book's monthly revenue, paid every month. You don't start from zero. On day one we hand you an established book of 15 to 25 clients that already puts you at $4,000 a month in your pocket at that rate, and it climbs as you keep and grow accounts.
15% of the first month on every upsell you land.
15% of the first month on every new client you close, including one time projects like websites.
Realistic first year earnings around $85K to $100K, with top performers past $120K. No cap.
Put simply: your book is your income. When your clients stay and spend more, so do you. We win when you keep clients winning.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years in a client facing role, ideally at an agency or selling to home service or local businesses.
Enough working knowledge of SEO, Google and Local Services Ads, websites, and Google Business Profiles to be someone clients trust.
A strong communicator who can explain technical work simply and run a call with confidence.
Genuinely organized. You can carry dozens of accounts and still follow through on every one.
Someone who likes to sell and likes that their pay rides on it.
A self starter who takes ownership and does great work without being micromanaged.
WHERE IT GOES
You start with 15 to 25 clients and a cap of 50. Hit that cap and keep those clients winning, and we raise it. More accounts means a bigger share of recurring revenue, and there's a clear path into closing new business and leading a team as we grow. The people who are great at this don't sit still. They build something!
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
