About the role

United Construction Group (UCG) is a veteran-owned design-build general contractor serving residential, commercial, institutional, and government clients throughout Hawaii and Texas.

We are seeking a driven Sales Leader to help our presence in the construction industry by building strong client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial consultation to signed agreement.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys consultative sales, relationship-building, and working on high-value construction projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Leader, you will work directly with homeowners, developers, property managers, business owners, and institutional clients to understand their project goals and connect them with tailored construction solutions.

You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process while collaborating closely with our estimating, design, and operations teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct consultations with prospective clients

Understand project goals, scope, and budget requirements

Prepare and present project proposals

Guide clients through pricing, timelines, and contract details

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Manage and track opportunities within the company CRM

Collaborate with estimating, design, and operations teams

Participate in networking and business development activities

Support the growth of residential, commercial, and government project opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Previous experience in sales, business development, client relations, or a related field

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-up activities

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred:

Experience in construction, real estate, home services, or consultative sales

Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools

Experience working with residential and commercial clients

Knowledge of construction, design-build, or general contracting processes

COMPENSATION

Commission-based compensation structure

Earn 5%–7% commission on closed projects

Performance-based earning opportunities

Additional incentives may be available based on performance
