MICRO is a North American architectural finishes company specializing in seamless microcement, plaster, and terrazzo systems for luxury residential and commercial environments.
We work closely with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and hospitality groups to deliver beautiful, durable, and highly functional architectural surfaces.
As demand for seamless finishes continues to grow, we are expanding our sales team across North America.
The Opportunity
This is an independent contractor position designed for highly motivated sales professionals who prefer flexibility, autonomy, and unlimited earning potential.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and property owners while generating project opportunities for MICRO.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers
Conduct Lunch & Learn presentations
Generate project opportunities with builders and developers
Follow up on inbound inquiries
Prospect and build new client relationships
Manage opportunities through HubSpot CRM
Attend networking and industry events
Collaborate with the MICRO team on project development
Ideal Candidate
Experience in one or more of the following:
Architectural sales
Interior design sales
Commercial flooring
Tile and stone
Construction sales
Building products
Luxury residential construction
Commercial interiors
Strong communication skills and a passion for design are essential.
Compensation
10% commission on company-generated opportunities
12% commission on self-generated opportunities
Uncapped earning potential
Average project values range from $20,000 to $250,000+
Top performers have the ability to generate six-figure incomes
