Eaton’s EPG CHD EP LATAM division is currently seeking a Sales Leader Data Centers LATAM.

What you’ll do:

Job Summary

Responsible for leading the development, positioning, and growth of GEIS solutions for data centers in Latin America. This role defines the regional commercial strategy, identifies market opportunities, manages key relationships, and coordinates cross-functional teams to drive sales and market share in a highly technical and competitive sector. The position acts as the central authority in sales on the data center vertical, aligning regional priorities with global strategy while adapting to local market dynamics.

Job Responsibilities

Develop business opportunities to gain market share in LATAM, generate customer contacts and build stron relationships with data centers customers and EPcs of the mkt.

Drive pipeline generation through key accounts (hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs

Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners that enable growth and attend projects across the region.

Participate directly in high-value negotiations and executive-level engagements

Gather and analyze customer and competitor information .

Identify and maintain a sales pipeline for LATAM, considering all sales team projects. Consolidate accurate information in the budgeting process and strategic growth plans for key accounts

Adhere to policies and procedures based on applicable management systems (EQMS, MESH Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), the guidelines of ATEX and IEC Ex as applied and in the standards ISO-9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, to comply with the Management System (SG) Comply with the policies and procedures based on the applicable management systems (EQMS, MESH Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), ATEX and IEC Ex guidelines as applicable and ISO-9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 standards, to comply with the Management System (MS)

Qualifications:

Education Level Required

Electrical or Industrial Engineering

Years of Experience Required

5 years in Business Development

Area of Expertise
